Gilpin Demolition specialises in industrial demolition,
dismantling, haulage and waste disposal both within the United
Kingdom and Overseas. The nature of the Company’s activities
places particular emphasis on experience, expertise, capability,
reliability and the maintenance of Quality Standards.
The assurance of quality is fundamental to all work carried out
by the company.
Gilpin Demolition’s work methods are clearly defined and
documented in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.
Quality is attained by the systematic application of a
comprehensive range of activities based on experience and
knowledge.
Additional Quality Standards which may be required by a Client
for a specific contract will be included.
It is the Managing Director’s responsibility to ensure that
these procedures are implemented consistently and are regularly
reviewed to reflect the current requirements of the contract and
the industry. It is the site managers responsibility to compile
an implement procedures.
It is the responsibility of the Company’s Management to monitor
the implementation of the contract Quality Management Plan by
undertaking regular audits. This function has organisation
independence free from restraints.
The effective operation of the Contract Management Plan is the
responsibility of all levels of the company’s workforce.
