Gilpin Demolition works on a continuous improvement training programme matrix, thus developing our work force to operate at a level above the industry’s standard from operative to management level.

We review and update our training programmes on a continuous progress in line with our Quality Management Systems.

Courses are conducted both internally and externally, dependent on peoples needs. Junior operatives are sent on the Demolition Courses run by the National Construction College.
